Our client, an architectural firm specializing in multifamily, is seeking a hands-on Project Architect to take ownership of the design and technical execution of multi-family residential projects in New York City.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being deeply involved in every stage of the process, from concept development to construction administration, while collaborating closely with engineers, drafters, designers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process and produce detailed drawings using Revit.
• Work directly on technical documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and drafting teams.
• Review and manage shop drawings and specifications.
• Communicate with clients and field managers to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Architect.
• Proven experience with multi-family residential projects in New York City.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (hands-on design and documentation).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
