Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, verify insurance benefits, knowledgable in workers compensation, assists with some modalities for treatment ( as needed) and collects payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, organized, excellent computer skills, and great customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Verify insurance benefits prior to appointments
Answer all faxes and emails for new clients
Assist therapist setting up patients for treatment as needed
laundry and linen
Inventory and ordering supplies
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience as a medical receptionist or similar role is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must be computer savvy and comfortable with scheduling software
Must be familiar with workers compensation and general PPO plans
Spanish speaking is preferred
