Job Overview Seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general repairs, maintenance, and basic construction tasks. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to complete a variety of projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work (drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Complete carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, and installations

Repair and install fixtures, doors, cabinets, and hardware

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues

Maintain tools and ensure job sites are clean and organized

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress

Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman or in construction/maintenance

Knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
