We are seeking a Handyman to become a part of our team! The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle work independently and multitask with attention to detail. Hands on maintenance of the property including plaster/paint, light plumbing, VCT tiles, basic electric, etc. Facilities/operations experience with solid knowledge of building systems.

Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Maintain a clean and a safe work space

Making minor electrical repairs

Plastering and painting as needed

Minor plumbing repairs and emergencies

Conduct daily facility inspections

Perform other duties, as assigned, reporting any concerns to management.

Qualifications:

5 years previous experience in building maintenance

Must have skills including including plumbing, electrical, knowledge of gas boilers, flooring, cabinets/countertops installation, plaster and painting

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
