Responsibilities

The Semi-Retired Handyman or Handywoman will need to have expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. You will bid work AND produce it. If you have at least 3 of the following skill areas, you're the kind of person we need to add to our team:

General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work

General Carpentry - Rough and Finish

Tile setting

Painting Interior and Exterior

Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking

Flooring Repair and Installation

All candidates should be confident in the following areas:

Estimating Projects

Knowledge of Building Codes

Material Management

Requirements

Must have current Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance

Must have tools and a work vehicle and you are responsible for associated expenses

Must have experience in home repair trades

Must pass screening process which includes a background check

Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
