We're looking for a skilled and professional Handyman/Craftsman Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented individual who excels at a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks. You'll be responsible for completing diverse jobs and projects for our residential and commercial clients, ensuring top-quality work and exceptional customer service on every assignment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties • Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, from basic upkeep to complex repairs. • Complete renovations, light demolition, and new installations as needed. • Show expertise in various tasks including: o Carpentry: Repairing, replacing, or painting trim, doors, windows, walls, ceilings, fences, and roofing components (soffit/fascia). o Drywall: Mud, tape, texture, and repair damaged drywall. o Plumbing & Electrical: Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. o Flooring: Remove, install, or replace various types of flooring. o Fixtures & Appliances: Remove, install, or replace various fixtures and appliances. o Locks: Install and repair locks and door closures. • Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working independently. • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and management. • Clean up work areas and dispose of job-related materials properly. • Follow all company policies and instructions.

Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding. You must be able to: • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. • Stand, crawl, bend, reach, and climb for extended periods of time.
