Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include pipe fitting, insulating and installing new equipment.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Move and install furniture and related equipment

Interact with supervisor in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom

Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis

Ability to use pallet-jack, lift, electrical tools
