Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction and remodeling, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to understand project requirements.
• Perform various construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring installation, and fixture installation.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with subcontractors for specialized tasks such as roofing, stucco application, and concrete forming.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Skills

• Proficiency in using Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Experience in construction estimating to accurately assess project costs.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and electrical installations.
• Competence in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to perform concrete finishing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, door hanging, tile laying, flooring installation, glass installation, cabinet installation, hardscape work, restoration projects, and welding as required.
• Solid understanding of roofing techniques and masonry work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
