    TruBlue Home Service Ally® is a premium handyman and home maintenance company committed to helping homeowners—especially busy families and seniors—live worry-free. We provide top-tier handyman services, home assessments, safety modifications, and routine maintenance through bonded, insured, and background-checked technicians. We are searching for a reliable home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community. We want to hear from you if you have five or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.

    We are looking for a seasoned handyman / handywoman with the following experience:

    Home safety modifications (grab bars, ramps, etc.)

    Bathroom upgrades and minor remodels

    Drywall repair, patching, caulking

    Flooring repair and installation

    Trim, frame, and general carpentry

    Kitchen repairs and light remodel work

    Minor plumbing and electrical

    Interior and exterior painting

    General to-do list and seasonal maintenance

    What You'll Need:

    5+ years of handyman or home maintenance experience

    Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and painting

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Fluent English and ability to legally work in the U.S.

    Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

    Friendly, professional demeanor and strong work ethic

    Standard tools (speciality tools provided by Company)

    Certifications such as OSHA 10, CAPS, or Age Safe America are highly valued. If you don’t have them yet, a willingness to complete certification is required.

    Offering $28–$32/hr depending on experience, plus tips / performance bonuses / job completion incentives / joining bonus (after successfully completing a probation period)
