We are looking for an above average skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform new an existing structure repairs and maintenance work( Commercial and Residential). This may include but not limited to a full range of skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscape, and beyond. Our services cover wall to wall-floor to ceiling (installing appliances, facets, ceiling fans, or other fixtures, painting, drywall, flooring, framing, and more)

If you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do have past experience as a professional maintenance worker you are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and make appropriate required repairs

Dismantle equipment/fixtures to access and remove defective parts

Install new parts

Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, replacing filters, batteries, or doing other preventive maintenance actions

Use and care of ladders, tools, and other equipment

Ability to problem solve and make corrective measures

Follow instructions on work orders

Demo work as needed

Ability to clean up work areas

Good communication with office for material purchases, work orders, confirm completed jobs, etc.

Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

Previous 5 + years experience as a handyman / general maintenance required

Knowledge of job site safety rules

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the industry

Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings a plus

Any certifications is a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Clean driving record

Able to follow directions, work with little to no supervision, be part of a of team effort

Drug free workplace

A positive will do attitude is a must
