We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across eight property locations. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle work orders as they come in. A construction and maintenance schedule will be provided for ongoing projects. Requirements: • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar role. • Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. • Reliable transportation to travel between locations. • Must have own tools (preferred). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Schedule & Work Order Process: • Work orders will be assigned as needed based on tenant/property requests. • A structured maintenance & construction schedule will be provided for ongoing projects. • Flexibility is required for urgent repairs and special projects. Responsibilities: • Respond to maintenance and repair requests across multiple locations • Perform general handyman tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting • Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs. • Complete minor construction and renovation work as required • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards • Maintain records of work completed and materials used • Communicate effectively with property management regarding work status and supply needs Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair work • Ability to troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Construction background • Proficiency in using various tools and equipment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly
