Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations in Louisiana with 2 being in Natchitoches. This is a hands-on role that requires travel between stores to perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and emergency fixes.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily and scheduled maintenance tasks across all restaurant locations

Troubleshoot and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC, and equipment

Respond to urgent repair requests from store managers

Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance

Maintain our basic tools and keep records

Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and up to safety standards

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in a similar handyman or maintenance technician role preferred

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and prioritize multiple requests

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders when necessary
