We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Field Supervisor with great customer service skills as well as skills in multiple trades to lead the team. This is a working manager position and management responsibilities will grow as the business grows.

Candidates must use their own truck or van to travel to job sites in metro Richmond and nearby suburbs. Travel reimbusement will be provided.

Your potential income may be $45,000 or more based upon hourly rate, performance bonuses, and commissions. We also provide vacation and holiday pay benefits. JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Field Supervisor with a strong work ethic, leadership skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. This is a salaried position and the Field Supervisor must be willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including weekends as necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and support the team.

This is a working field supervisor role. This means that you will perform some jobs on your own, some jobs with a team and supervise others.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

Successful prior track record as a team lead Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home improvement experience

Ability to perform carpentry, drywall, tiling and minor electrical and plumbing

Proven track record of managing employees

Experience in problem solving in home improvement

Understanding of County Building Code requirements and process

Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades

Must own truck or work van

Current and valid driver’s license

Residence within 15 miles of the city of metro Richmond or Chesterfield/Henrico county.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong documentation and invoicing skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
