Do you like watching HGTV or doing your own home improvement projects? If so, then you may be a good candidate for our new office team position.

    We are a fast growing locally owned home repair/improvement small business and are looking for a new team player. This is an hourly position (30 hrs/week) at first that can convert to full time based upon your contribution and overall performance.

    Job Description

    Contact residential and commercial customers by telephone in order to promote and sell services, follow up on proposals, schedule appointments, gather information on needs, validate service levels, and/or request payment for completed work.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    Lead Conversion:

    Contact leads and prospects by telephone or email

    Explain the service and pricing to potential customers

    Book jobs/services over the telephone

    Provide pricing details

    Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer and adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals

    Office Phones/Scheduling/Invoicing:

    Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements, qualify expectations and schedule work with craftsman best meeting needed skills

    Handle customer questions

    Record customer details and input order details into the computer system

    Keep track of project hours and expenses for invoicing

    Prepare invoices for customers and receive payments

    Customer Follow Up After Job Completion:

    Follow up and record customer details including feedback on services provided
