H.L. Property Management is hiring a full-time Handyman/Porter for multi-unit residential buildings in Brooklyn. This role is hands-on, varied, and requires on-call availability for emergencies, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid drivers license, no exceptions.

What You’ll Do:

Handle minor repairs: faucets, lights, doors, painting, tiles, fixtures

Keep hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and restrooms clean

Respond quickly to maintenance requests

Move furniture, assist with setups, and help contractors when needed

Perform seasonal and ground maintenance, including snow/ice removal

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties

Experience with basic repairs and cleaning

Ability to lift, bend, and work independently
