At Mr. Handyman we are growing our team of handyman professionals and becoming the most respected home repair and maintenance provider in our area. We are looking for highly-skilled customer driven, and goal-oriented craftsman who want to make an exceptional income, delivering outstanding service, while enjoying a fantastic work environment.
Your responsibilities as a service professional will include:
Completing maintenance and repairs: You will be completing small to medium repairs for home and commercial projects. The project can range from two hours to two days.
Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers: you will communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and the associated costs.
Create lifelong customers: deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to wow the customer every time.
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
Currently reside in the greater Charlotte area including Ft. Mill or Rock Hill.
Finished High School or GED.
Own your own tools
Be insurable to drive our vehicle
Complete a background and driving record check
Able to lift 50 pounds independently
Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time
Professional appears and maintenance of company provided vehicle
Great track record for customer service and problem-solving
Benefits and Pay: Our current service professionals average $865 to $1730 per week, depending on their skill-level and experience with home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing and drywall. Benefits listed below.
