About the Role:

We are seeking a Handyman/Service Tech in Pittsburgh, PA! We are looking for a skilled individual to help maintain and enhance our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. This is a subcontractor position. Must have all of your own tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties.

Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Conduct inspections to identify necessary maintenance and repairs.

Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Communicate effectively with residents and property management.

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or service technician.

Knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
