We're looking for a dependable Handyman to support our residential renovation projects throughout the Greater Boston area. In this role, you'll travel between job sites, complete repairs, assist with installations, and help keep projects moving forward. Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$80,000 annual salary Performance bonus opportunities Benefits stipend Vehicle reimbursement Long-term career growth with a growing company Responsibilities: Complete general handyman repairs and punch-list work Install appliances, hardware, doors, trim, and fixtures Perform basic carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, and touch-up work Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies to job sites Visit multiple residential projects throughout the Greater Boston area Help keep projects on schedule by completing tasks efficiently Inspect completed work and identify items that need attention Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners Take progress photos and provide updates from the field Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous handyman, remodeling, or residential construction experience preferred Comfortable using common hand and power tools Able to complete basic home repairs with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, dependable, and hardworking Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable driving between multiple job sites Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation preferred (vehicle reimbursement provided) Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
