  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a skilled, licensed, and reliable Handyman to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate is experienced in residential home repairs—particularly trim work, touch-ups, and general maintenance—with a sense of urgency and strong attention to quality. This person will play a vital role in preparing homes for sale, conducting minor office repairs, and managing the installation and removal of real estate signage. Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of home maintenance and repair tasks including but not limited to: trim work, painting touch-ups, minor drywall, hardware installation, caulking, and miscellaneous home improvements. • Install and remove real estate signs at various properties. • Conduct light repairs in the office setting as needed. • Maintain an organized schedule and workspace, using company systems to log jobs and updates. • Interact with clients, tenants, and agents in a professional, courteous manner. • Travel to property sites within a 20-mile radius (up to 50 miles occasionally). • Ensure a high standard of quality and cleanliness is maintained on all jobs. • Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicle and tools. Qualifications: • Valid handyman or contractor’s license as required by local/state law. • Proven experience in residential and luxury home maintenance. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and complete projects promptly. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be professional in appearance and demeanor. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. • Familiarity with basic smart home features and installations is a plus. • Bilingual abilities are a plus. Compensation: $24.04 - $31.25 hourly
