Job Summary
Perform a wide variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects
Provide accurate bids and complete projects to customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers
Job Requirements
Skilled in at least three of the following:
General Carpentry (Rough and Finish)
Bathroom Upgrades or Remodels
Kitchen Refresh or Remodels
Interior and Exterior Painting
Drywall Repair, Patching, and Caulking
Minor Plumbing and Electrical Work
Flooring Installation or Repair
General Home Repairs and Maintenance
Strong customer service and client relations skills
Knowledge of building codes and material management
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Own tools, work vehicle, and references
Experience in remodeling or home repair trades
Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers’ comp
Smartphone and reliable internet access
