    We are currently seeking an experienced RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE POST-CLOSER in the Charlotte, NC area.  The ideal candidate will understand the entire post-closing process and is able to switch between all functions as needed. The post-closer makes sure that all files are recorded and funded, all parties involved are informed, and that all closings go off without a hitch once the signed documents are received.

    In this key role we need the Post-Closer to be customer-centric, always taking the initiative, and work as the ultimate problem solver. This is a perfect position for someone that understands all aspects of the post-closing duties. Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Processer or Mortgage Loan Closer would be a great fit. You care about quality, doing things right, and consistently getting the job done. If this describes you, then apply today!

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Scanning in Closing Documents
    • Updating Title
    • Confirming all funds have been received
    • Going through a Quality Control Checklist
    • Recording Documents
    • Setting up wires

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in real estate preferred
    • Great communication skills and customer service
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Customer-centric – the customer always comes first!
    • Solution-oriented – excellent problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication skills
