Job Description

At Hans & Harry's Bakery we take pride in every detail from our amazing products to the service we provide to our customers. We are looking for an individual with Passion and Perfection to join our team; someone who is outgoing, energetic and committed to delivering the highest quality service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering Phones & Taking Orders (via phone or email)

• Delivering accurate product information & services (via email or phone)

• Organizing Deliveries & Orders

• Lift heavy tray(s)/ cleaning duties pertaining to the store front

• Handle daily CC and cash transaction(s)

• Aid in restocking/folding of packaging/boxes

• Greet customers

• Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

• Keep store front clean and presentable

• Be knowledgeable on products offered

• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

-APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Sense of Urgency/Fast Worker Cheerful Demeanor and Positive Attitude is a MUST Knowledge of Service Standards & Processes (we have a huge product list, so we need someone who is a fast learner) Proficient in English, MS Word & MS Excel, iMac & Social Media & know basic arithmetic Good Communication Skills Good eye for details Organized & efficient & stays focused on tasks Prompt and Disciplined Service Able to work with minimal supervision Reliable & Punctual

Tentative Work hours (must be flexible with hours): Mon, Wed, Thur, Friday, Sat Fridays, Saturdays & Eve of holidays are crucial days
