Retail Sales Associates in Bonita, CA. A well establish gourmet bakery located in Bonita is looking for Part time Sales Associates available to work the front bakery counter. We offer a fun but professional environment and are looking for members to contribute to culture of Hans & Harry’s Bakery. There is growth opportunity with this position.
Hiring for Morning Shifts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Offer cheery, friendly, and professional service
Lift heavy tray(s)/ cleaning duties pertaining to the store front
Handle daily Credit Card and cash transaction(s) with accuracy
Aid in restocking/folding of boxes
Greet customers
Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Keep store front clean and presentable
Be knowledgeable on products offered
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Self motivated, friendly and professional
Able to follow instructions well
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Have a flexible availability.
Must be able to work Saturdays and Eve of Major Holidays
Must be a punctual and reliable
Must have transportation
Proficiency in English (written and oral)
Be detailed orientated
Must be a team player
Good personal hygiene
Fast and Efficient
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
