Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Testing Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.

This opportunity is onsite in Columbia, SC at least 3 days/week.

What you'll do:

• Participate in the design phase of projects to ensure that new or modified functions are developed using correct testing methodology.
• Arrange major activities between the client and IS staff to ensure maximum gain from technical resources.
• Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.
• Develop and execute test matrices within established timeframes ensuring traceability to requirements, and ensure that testing is efficient, effective, and repeatable as well as maintaining proper documentation.
• Perform testing duties which may involve reviewing test data, creating test cases, executing testing, and monitoring/documenting results.
• Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff.
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of IT experience, including experience developing test plans and/or matrices.
• Thorough understanding of data processing terminology, operations, and architecture utilized in debugging application/environmental problems and systems migration processes.
• Skill in testing data creation and manipulation.
• Knowledge of JAVA, Websphere, Windows, and other middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, IMS, and VSAM.
• Skill in Whitebox testing, Integration testing, Static testing, and 508 Compliance testing utilizing JAWS software.
