Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business System Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require 2 days/week onsite.  

What you'll do:

• Define customer needs in technical and business contexts.
• Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort
• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
• Preform research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business.
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Azure Boards
• Strong Communications Skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
