HTG is seeking a Workstation Support Administrator to join our client's team in Spirit Lake, IA. .

The ideal candidate will have

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or another related field

• Minimum 2 years IT experience in administration technologies
• Minimum 2 years IT experience in client hardware
• Excellent skills in partnering and communicating to internal clients
• Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail

Essential job duties

• Provide tier 1 support for global network landscape, to include the following platforms: Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Cisco wireless, Juniper VPN and Checkpoint firewalls.
• Experience with TCP/IP, VLAN’s, L2 switching and L3 routing.
• Domain knowledge of core infrastructure protocols including: DNS, DHCP, SMTP, LDAP, SNMP.
• Troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions to network, server and PC Client hardware related issues.
