Hanson Baker, a well-established Bellevue law firm, is looking to add a reliable legal assistant/paralegal to our team. This is a full-time position. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with good organizational and communication skills. Candidate must have strong ethics and integrity, and be a good team player. Job duties include, but are not limited to, supporting civil litigation in state and federal courts, ECF filing, calendaring case schedules, drafting pleadings and correspondence, proofreading and editing, file maintenance, document management, client contact and timekeeping. Prior employment at a law office or office environment is a plus but not necessary if the candidate has other strengths or relevant experience. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe, and the ability to learn other software is required.
