    Job Description

    Hanzo is having a hard time keeping the lid on some serious growth and amazing product innovation, and is eagerly seeking SaaS Account Executives to join our rapidly growing sales team!

    You will be a natural hunter, have consistently exceeded sales objectives, and want to play a key role in the growth of the company by implementing effective and innovative solution sales strategies to bring in new business revenue. If you're that energetic person who loves the thrill of the hunt, while also cultivating strong relationships with prospects, clients and teammates, you'll love growing with us!

    WHAT WE HAVE FOR YOU:

    • Develop creative, unique ideas for target marketing of new business
    • Understand how to translate the needs and challenges of prospects into real solutions to help support the growth and performance of their events, conferences and meetings
    • Effectively manage your sales pipeline while identifying new prospects to capitalize on
    • Build a territory business plan which outlines your execution plan
    • Monitor and report sales activity within Salesforce.com on a daily basis
    • Be precise in forecasting expected closes
    • Successfully manage and leverage other resources throughout the sales process including Sales Development Reps, Solutions Consultants and Executive Team members
    • Review pipeline and strategies with manager regularly to brainstorm on how to maximize opportunities
    • CRUSH your sales targets and enjoy uncapped commissions and extra perks when you do so

    REQUIREMENTS

    WHAT YOU BRING:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of experience in an Enterprise SaaS, software or other technology sales role
    • Experience selling to large Enterprise organizations (we do not sell to SMB markets)
    • Understanding how enterprise data flows inside of an organization Supremo
    • Proven track record of success exceeding sales and revenue goals
    • Proficiency with CRM systems
    • Experience selling legal and compliance software, or working in the industry - A HUGE PLUS!
