    YOUR ROLE

    Happiest Baby is looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to help us optimize and support our rapidly growing wholesale business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, solution-oriented, flexible, and an innovative contributor and communicator. The wholesale coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing outbound purchase orders with multiple partners.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage 10+ current wholesale accounts: from ordering to delivery to invoicing.
    • Manage orders in SPS Commerce, EDI-PX, and Convectional.
    • Communicate non-EDI orders with the warehouse and follow up to make sure orders are scheduled in a timely manner.
    • Manage defective returns from partners by creating labels back to our refurb center.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions to align with retailers.
    • Manage our Amazon FBA inventory as well as check account standing daily.
    • Manage the day-to-day logistics and communications with our 3rd party warehouse.
    • Responsible for accurate inventory updates across partners to maintain orders are not back ordered.
    • Report out business and order performance on a weekly basis.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Demonstrates ability to think analytically.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehousing orders
    • Familiarity with shipping processes
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 1 year professional experience in retail/wholesale experience
