YOUR ROLE
Happiest Baby is looking for an experienced, organized and outgoing Account Manager to help manage and grow our SNOO Corporate Rental Program. As a parental or family benefit, companies rent the SNOO on behalf of their “new parent” employees for 6 months of usage. Our current list of industry leading clients includes Snap, Hulu, Activision, Under Armour, The Cheesecake Factory- to name a few.
The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of their assigned book of business. The AM works closely and collaboratively with the Business Development team to ensure the rental experience exceeds client expectations. The AM serves as the clients’ main point of contact, ensuring both continuity of client as well as introducing client to new opportunities as they become available.
As a member of the SNOO Corporate Rental Program team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and relationship building expertise in your approach to growing long term business partnerships across multiple corporations and partner organizations.
