The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible managing and producing graphic design requests for Happinest Brands internal projects as well as for our Franchisees. This role requires the skills and abilities required to design and build templates for ads, magazine ads, flyers, banners, billboards, and email distribution.

EDUCATION PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Designer Marketing with a concentration on Graphic Design / Creative
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five Years of Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Five Years of Experience Creating Ads and Collateral Digital Content

Real Green/ AMA/ CAW creative review. Assist with project managing the Customer Journey and addressing all of the outdated creative images and such available to Franchisees
Assist with building presentations and reports
Assist with organization and management of Content Library
Assist in organization of files on company intranet
Work with in-house videographer
