JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic inside sales leader with experience in driving results by fostering a competitive team environment, focusing on team skill development, and creating an environment of accountability. This role isn’t just about the numbers; the Inside Sales Manager must possess outstanding coaching skills, conduct effective training sessions, provide one-on-one mentorship, and set clear performance expectations for the sales team.
The ideal candidate will lead the charge in exceeding sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This manager must be a skilled critical thinker able to adapt new techniques and strategies to overcome sales challenges. They must possess an analytical mindset and the ability to delve into metrics and sales data to pinpoint key opportunities to invest time and resources into to drive performance.
Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of this role. The sales manager must work closely with the marketing and franchise operations teams to optimize the entire customer sales journey. This role champions continuous innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and incorporating emerging technologies to refine sales techniques.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
● Proven Track Record of Driving Sales Growth and Exceeding Targets
● Minimum of 2 Years of Contact Center Sales Experience
● Minimum of 3 Years in a Sales Leadership Role
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
● Experience Working with Franchise Partners or a Similar Partner-Based Model
● Familiarity with the Home Services Market and Trends
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving Sales Performance:
● Spearhead the achievement of sales targets, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives are met or exceeded.
● Implement efficient sales strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities and drive revenue growth.
● Analyze call metrics, sales data, and trends to identify areas of opportunity and focus.
● Collaborate with the Marketing and Franchise Operations teams to optimize the sales process and execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Innovation and Improvement:
● Foster an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring that innovative ideas are encouraged, tested, and implemented.
● Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance sales techniques and customer experiences.
● Collaborate with franchise partners to refine and enhance the sales process, ensuring consistent growth in conversion rates.
Coaching and Team Development:
● Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
● Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
● Set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback, recognizing excellence and addressing underperformance promptly.
Partnership with Franchisees:
● Work closely with franchise partners to understand their unique needs and challenges.
● Share best practices and insights to drive mutual sales growth and customer satisfaction.
● Act as the key liaison between the corporate office and franchisees relating to sales, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Operational Efficiency:
● Ensure the call center operates with a sense of urgency, addressing customer inquiries swiftly and closing sales opportunities promptly and at a high rate.
● Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, HR, Marketing) to ensure the call center has the resources and support needed to succeed.
● Optimize workflows and processes to reduce call wait times and enhance customer satisfaction.
