    HappyCo is a growing software company that provides innovative solutions to the real estate industry. With offices in San Francisco and Adelaide (Australia), and a remote team globally, an opportunity has arisen to join the Revenue team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

    About the role

    HappyCo is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive. The position requires a history of success in medium to enterprise B2B sales. This role is remote and will ideally be located in the Eastern US or Canadian provinces.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Negotiate and close business for the HappyCo suite of products
    • Work in conjunction with HappyCo partners and co-workers to grow the HappyCo brand and message
    • Research and establish new potential sales accounts
    • Lead meetings and/or product capability assessments with prospects
    • Identify and develop relationships with key C-level Executives
    • Prepare proposal estimates by studying prospect's current procedures and portfolio
    • Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of inspection software
    • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing territory information
    • Represent HappyCo by spending time in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations and seminars
    • Independently build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and execute against quotas with the goal of consistently attaining or exceeding sales targets

    • Exceptional verbal, visual and written communication skills are required
    • Ability to travel occasionally

    Compensation Structure

    Compensation will be a mix of Competitive Base plus Variable Commission dependent.
