    Job Description

    Business is booming and we are growing.   We are currently interviewing for AUTOMOTIVE FLOOR SALES MANAGERS / TEAM LEADERS to join our sales management team (Openings on both Chevrolet & Hyundai showrooms)! 

    We are looking for nice, motivational, encouraging, fun, happy, leaders.  Our Golden Rule environment is critical and will be guarded.     Qualified Candidates would have previous Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, F&I, or Internet Management experience, with a proven track record.  We would also consider high volume automotive salespeople with untapped leadership potential (you already help all the new salespeople at your current store). 

    This position is part of our Sales Management Team.  You would be responsible for up to six salespeople assigned to your team.  Work directly (train, coach, teach) with your team on daily activity requirements, follow up, sales training, prospecting, appointment setting, negotiations, trade evaluations, overcoming objections, best practices, etc.  We run a very fast paced environment dealing with loads of lot traffic, tons of customer involvement, and the occasional salesperson drama (just being honest).  It is our stated belief that every visitor to our dealership should be treated as an honored guest with speed and purpose.  We also believe that every guest deserves to meet a decision maker.  This is the “meat and potatoes” of this position:  Serve your team and serve our guests. 

    This roll reports directly to Upper Sales Management (Desk Manager & Internet Director). 

    A successful sales team would exceed benchmark performance in the following areas:

    We run an activity-based, appointment driven dealership.  We don’t come to work to wait, we come to work to work.  We generate tons of leads via the internet, social media, lead generation and lead acquisition.  We are looking for leaders who embrace this concept and want to help us take our dealerships to the next level and compete for the top spots in the Western Region!

    WHY ARE WE HIRING?

    Nobody quit.  Nobody was terminated.  We are simply understaffed due to recent growth in both inventory and sales volume.  We have opened the faucet on marketing and lead acquisition.  Now, we are missing opportunities due to too much traffic and too many leads (a good challenge to have).

    COMPENSATION AND EARNING POTENTIAL:

    • PAY RANGE:  $100,000 - $180,000 ANNUALLY
