Amazing Resident Aides Needed Are you ready to make a difference in someone's life? Harbor House Ministries is looking for amazing people who want to help others live life to the fullest! Our Resident Aides assist men and women with developmental differences in all of the activities of their daily life at home and in their neighborhood. A Resident Aide will assist the individual with personal care and daily activities at home and out in the community at large. You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Comprehensive, paid training is provided. Benefits include: health insurance, dental, paid time off, bonuses, etc. Starting wages range from $12.00-$13.00 per hour depending on education and experience. Flexible scheduling options, all positions include every other weekend and some holidays. We also pay incentive pay for picked up shifts outside of your normal schedule. Currently hiring 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. (3rd shift has additional premium pay) Employment is contingent on you passing a fit to work physical, drug screen, and a background check, including fingerprinting.
