Job Description

• Assist senior colorists before, during, and after client sessions
• Render graded media for final conform and/or delivery
• Render color stills and Quicktimes for client approval
• 100% QC of all deliverables
• Coordinate delivery of all graded elements for Commercial sessions
• Communicate directly with editorial team, color producer and senior colorist throughout project, keeping all parties updated with project developments as they occur
• Ability to interact with clients and perform quality work under deadline pressure
• Other duties within the department, as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of color-related experience in post-production environment
• Knowledge of professional post-production workflows
• Understanding of color theory, motion picture camera formats, resolutions, frame-rates, and codecs
• Experience with digital compression and conversion techniques
• Advanced knowledge of Baselight and DaVinci Resolve software
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Mac, Linux, and Windows OS proficiency

Compensation Range $51,000 - $75,000: This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
