KidZone team members are responsible for providing great customer service skills, positive attitudes, and the energy to actively engage the children in a professional, fun-loving manner while providing a safe, fun, and interactive environment for children ages 3 months to 11 years old.
Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
Create a fun and safe environment for kids
Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kids
Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
Handle assigned administrative activities
Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
Qualifications:
CPR/ 1st AID and AED certified within 6 months of getting hired
Patience in dealing with children and customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and Friendly
