Cashier
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Redeem vouchers
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Bag to-go items
Pizza Maker
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Line Cook
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized throughout and at the end of your shift
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Holder
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Open and/or close the store.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment.
- Producing high quality food
- Effective communication
- Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions on a register and maintain proper cash and accountabilities.
- Collaborate with other managers on achieving store goals.
- Greet customers and provide a fun experience for both customers.
