Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

·         Consistently provide superior customer service;

·         Build sustainable relationships with customers through professional and interactive communication;

·         Enthusiastically communicate with customers to answer questions, identify and assess concerns, and offer appropriate solutions;

·         Utilize a variety of communication platforms; Live Chat, virtual meetings, phone, etc.

·         Proactively research customer orders and follow up to ensure resolution;

·         Deliver accurate and complete information in a timely manner;

·         Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents;

·         Follow Customer Service Department procedures, guidelines and policies;

·         Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments;

·         Provides product / service reports for Customer Service Manager as needed;

·         Contribute feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;

·         Ensures appropriate and consistent brand standards at all times.

REQUIREMENTS & SUCCESS CHARACTERISTICS:

·         2+ years in a customer/client support position or high end retail environment;

·         Proficient with MS Office;

·         Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;

·         Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written;

·         Active listening skills with an aptitude for building trust;

·         Excellent time management and follow through skills;

·         Ability to adapt and respond with enthusiasm and a positive demeanor;

·         Must be a team player and have a “What can I do to help?” attitude.
