As a Hard Surface Restoration Technician at Sir Grout, you will play a key role in restoring the beauty of tiled surfaces, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Responsive and respectful interactions with our residential and commercial customers, focused on understanding and addressing their needs.

Cleaning and Repair: Provide tile/grout cleaning, tile repair, caulking, color sealing, minor re-grouting, and minor repair services.

Secondary Services: These may include residential stone countertop sealing, and applying coatings to all floors and surfaces.

Safety Adherence: Safely and efficiently follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, and using the proper equipment for each job.

Inventory: Maintaining and timely reporting on accurate inventory of chemical products, PPE, etc.

Reporting: Reporting all safety concerns or injuries immediately.

Requirements:

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision to deliver impeccable results and exceed client expectations.

A Valid Drivers License

Travel to Training: Travel to attend training as required (company covers expenses) and pass training exams.

Enthusiasm for hands on work: Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds for short periods of time.

Motivated: Self-motivated for individual jobs as well as motivated by being part of an exceptional team with shared goals.

Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
