Hardscape Crew Member – Kanazeh Lawn Service Lansing, MI $18–$23/hr + $250 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days) Full-Time | Seasonal Flexibility

About the Role We’re hiring Hardscape Crew Members to assist in building patios, retaining walls, and other custom outdoor projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll use tools, machinery, and craftsmanship to transform spaces alongside a skilled foreman and crew.

Responsibilities

Assist with installing patios, block walls, and outdoor kitchens

Operate equipment like skid steers and compactors (training available)

Maintain job site cleanliness and enforce safety standards

Follow foreman’s instructions and project plans

Contribute to seasonal services (spring/fall cleanups & snow removal)

Requirements

Previous hardscape or landscaping experience preferred

Ability to operate or learn light machinery

Valid driver’s license preferred

Dependable, hardworking, and punctual

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
