Position Overview

Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking Hardscape Crew Members to assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, and landscape construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work and take pride in building something you can see at the end of the day.

Responsibilities

Install patios, retaining walls, and hardscape features

Perform grading, site prep, and material installation

Operate skid steers and construction equipment (preferred)

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements

Previous construction or outdoor work experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license preferred

Strong work ethic and reliability

$18–$24 per hour

Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours may vary based on weather and workload

This position is currently structured as an independent contractor (1099) role in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines, with potential transition to W2 employment based on company needs.
