Role Description: We’re looking for a Hardscape Foreman to lead and manage a hardworking crew through full-scale outdoor installation projects. You'll oversee everything from patios to retaining walls, ensuring projects are completed with precision, efficiency, and pride. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a crew of hardscape professionals on-site
Read and interpret blueprints and site plans
Ensure high-quality installation of patios, retaining walls, and other hardscaping features
Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, etc.) safely and skillfully
Uphold safety standards and job site cleanliness
Coordinate materials, timelines, and client communication
Support with seasonal work: spring/fall cleanups & snow removal as needed
Qualifications:
Proven hardscape leadership experience
Proficient in operating skid steers and other equipment
Skilled in paver installation, grading, and block wall construction
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to work outdoors in varying weather
Additional Details:
Hours: Typically 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (seasonal flexibility)
Status: 1099 Contract (potential W2 transition)
