Hardscape Foreman – Lead Outdoor Construction Projects

Location: House Springs, MO Company: Baker Landscaping & Concrete Compensation: $25–$35/hr (DOE) + Overtime + Benefits

Company Overview: Baker Landscaping & Concrete is a fast-growing, family-owned landscaping and hardscaping company specializing in designing and building high-quality outdoor living spaces. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, on-time projects, and outstanding client service. We’re seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead installation crews and bring our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise crews on hardscape projects including patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire features, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living installations.

Read, interpret, and execute site plans, ensuring all projects meet or exceed quality standards.

Operate construction equipment (skid steer, compactor, saws, lasers, etc.) safely and efficiently.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.

Serve as the main on-site point of contact for project managers and clients to communicate progress, address concerns, and set expectations.

Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to improve skills and productivity.

Ensure compliance with ICPI/NCMA installation standards.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on hardscape installation experience.

1+ years of proven leadership or foreman experience in outdoor construction.

Strong knowledge of ICPI and NCMA standards.

Ability to read blueprints, perform site layout, and calculate material needs.

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience) + Overtime opportunities.
