    We’re looking for a Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew installing high-quality residential and commercial projects, including pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, and more.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members

    Install hardscape elements: pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, edging

    Read and execute plans, blueprints, and work orders

    Manage materials, equipment, and daily production goals

    Communicate with Project Managers and clients to ensure satisfaction

    Maintain safety standards and quality control on every project

    Document job progress and handle change orders

    What We’re Looking For

    3–5 years of hardscape experience or similar field

    Proven crew leadership skills

    Skilled with excavators, skid steers, tampers, saws, and hand tools

    Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints

    Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

    Detail-oriented and able to ensure high-quality work

    Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in all weather

    Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to identify hazards

    Required: Valid Driver’s License & MN DOT Card (Obtain prior to hire)

    Job Details

    Type: Full-time, Seasonal | 40+ hours/week

    Schedule: Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts) + Friday meetings

    Overtime: Regularly available
