With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we’re looking to add a skilled and motivated Hardscape/Landscape Foreman to lead our field crew and ensure our projects are completed efficiently and beautifully.

Position Summary:

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on residential and/or commercial job sites. This includes supervising a crew, ensuring quality control, reading plans, ordering materials, delivering materials, coordinating with clients and project managers, and completing tasks on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew on Hardscapes.

Interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications

Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality and safety

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery

Train and mentor crew members

Track time, materials, and job progress

Order materials

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of landscape installation and/or maintenance experience

1+ years in a supervisory or foreman role

Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) and clean driving record

Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor

Preferred Skills:

Irrigation and lighting system knowledge

Hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)

Horticultural knowledge

Skid Steer, mini ex, dingo knowledge, and know-how
