Hardscape General Laborer 2 – Experienced Construction Professionals Wanted

Baker Landscaping & Concrete is looking for hardworking, experienced individuals who take pride in creating beautiful patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and custom outdoor living spaces.

If you have 2+ years of construction, hardscape, or landscaping experience and enjoy working outdoors with a team that values quality, safety, and growth, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Install pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, and concrete features

Perform grading, leveling, excavation, and compaction

Operate tools and equipment such as saws, compactors, and skid steers

Load and unload materials and equipment

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Work alongside skilled foremen and team members to build high-end projects

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hardscape, landscaping, or construction experience

Valid driver's license preferred

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
