About the Job

Sustain Lawn & Landscape is hiring a Hardscape & Landscape Foreman to lead crews on high-end projects throughout Greater Lansing. This position is ideal for someone with hardscape installation experience (patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage) who is ready to step into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

Lead crews in the completion of landscaping and hardscape projects.

Read project plans and execute work to client specifications.

Operate machinery and train crew members on proper use.

Handle daily setup, site management, and end-of-day reporting.

Directly communicate with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction.

Support snow removal operations during winter months.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscaping or hardscape construction.

Ability to direct and motivate a team effectively.

Knowledge of equipment such as skid steers, trucks, and power tools.

Must be dependable and detail-oriented.

Valid driver’s license required.
