Hardware Design Engineer Automotive EV On-Site Positon No Remote.

Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Hardware Design Engineer to join our cutting-edge Automotive EV team in . Responsibilities:

Design and develop hardware components and systems for automotive electric vehicle (EV) applications

Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware specifications for EV subsystems

Perform hardware validation, testing, and debugging of EV electronic control units (ECUs) and power electronics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, software, and mechanical engineers

Support design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) processes

Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure hardware reliability and safety compliance

Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and BOMs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience in hardware design engineering, preferably in automotive or EV applications

Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, or equivalent)

Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, or Ethernet

Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE) and EMC/EMI compliance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
