Job Overview

As a Hardwood Floor Specialist, you will sand, refinish, and restore hardwood flooring in residential and light commercial settings with an occasional install of new hardwood flooring. You’ll work independently and with a team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining N-Hance’s high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sand, stain, seal, and refinish existing hardwood floors using professional techniques

Install new hardwood flooring and lace in to existing hardwood floors to replace damaged boards

Assess floor conditions and perform necessary repairs prior to refinishing

Safely and efficiently operate sanding, refinishing, and specialty flooring equipment

Use hand tools and power tools properly and safely

Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

Deliver consistently high-quality finished work that reflects the N-Hance brand

Required Qualifications

⚠️ Applicants must have at least one (1) year of hands-on hardwood floor installation and/or sand & refinishing experience.

Proven experience as a hardwood floor installer, sand & refinish specialist, or similar role

Strong knowledge of wood flooring species, installation methods, and finishing products

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills

Dependable, honest, and professional

Ability to stand, kneel, squat, bend, and lift materials for extended periods

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Professional flooring certification is a plus
